Append data and variable specific metadata

At the moment this tool only support upload of excel files. You create one variable at the time, both data and metadata for the variable. You specify the column and the range of data that you wish to append from your excel file. Note that it is also possible to only create the components and component specific metadata and then add data manually in the ASCII file after download.
